Meet Our Head of School, Ms. Letsaby Castillo

Ms. Letsaby Castillo brings over 30 years of experience in education, with a career dedicated to academic excellence, teacher development, and student success. Throughout the years, she has held leadership positions that have allowed her to support school improvement initiatives and strengthen educational programs at different levels.

As Head of School, Ms. Castillo believes that every child should feel safe, valued, and challenged to achieve his or her highest potential. She is committed to maintaining high academic standards while fostering an environment where students, teachers, and families work together with respect, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.

Her leadership is guided by integrity, collaboration, and a genuine passion for education. She is dedicated to ensuring that CADI continues to grow as a school that provides outstanding learning opportunities while preparing students to become confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals.​
